Federal Land’s Meadowcrest to revitalize southern living

Federal Land Inc., the property arm of the Ty-led conglomerate GT Capital Holdings Inc., is spicing up the fast-rising Biñan City in Laguna with the launch of its newest 48-hectare development called Meadowcrest.

Federal Land chairman Alfred Ty said during the launch of the project last week that Meadowcrest signifies not just the expansion of Federal Land’s portfolio, but a reaffirmation of its commitment to innovation and progress as the project introduces new concepts to redefine the Philippine real estate landscape.

“We launched Federal Land Communities to anticipate and address the aspirations of the people. We recognized that the real estate landscape is ever changing and it was imperative for us to evolve alongside it,” Ty said.

“Drawing upon 50 years of solid real estate experience and expertise, we are leveraging our strengths to rebrand and revitalize our existing township properties and create new and future-ready developments,” he said.

Meadowcrest will be developed as a multi-use, master-planned community development that will offer lifestyle and business environment that will be intimate yet complete.

Within the masterplan of Meadowcrest is Hartwood Village—an 11.3-hectare horizontal residential development offering 186 lots with a density of 16 lots per hectare.

Federal Land president and chief operating officer Thomas Mirasol said the company has yet to finalize the selling price for the lots as the official launch of the residential project is scheduled in June 2024.

He said, however, the lots would be competitively priced based on current market price of P40,000 to P80,000 per square meter.

Comfort and convenience

With this project, Federal Land will utilize the 15-minute community concept where everything you need will be just within a short 15-minute walk or bike ride.

This will be made possible through walkable, human-scale design with integrated pedestrian and dedicated bike lanes among lush tree canopies, scenic landscaping and dedicated parklets.
